Yep, this is the first post I’ve made for this year and it’s at the very end. I didn’t mean for it to go this way (I never do) and I hate to just toss in a “still here” post, but this will have to do as many of my in process posts are taking longer to get done than I have time for.
I will say that I plan to post more in 2025, starting with what will probably be some more adversarial content than I normally post. I’m doing this in part because I know the controversial stuff always brings in the engagement (not that it matters that much since this is not a monetized site) and because I feel like this is something that has been in need of criticism for a while now.
This may count as my last post of 2024 as well, but I may find a bit more time today to throw something else in before the bell tolls.
