There are indeed such cases, but these two aren't among them. Maybe they were
repaired in response to your post, but in any case searching ZooBank for
"abitusavis" produces this entry
https://urldefense.com/v3/__http://zoobank.org/NomenclaturalActs/676d3284-bcdf-42a2-bd3a-0cd1f2b97a6a__;!!LIr3w8kk_Xxm!-KWucWzOj5THzRMg1BhKFAJOf8F_A7mtbFLIb5pNygEhEgmfaflcDkQ7lxNlfnSz$

and searching for "similiyanornis" likewise produces this one:
https://urldefense.com/v3/__http://zoobank.org/NomenclaturalActs/4bf8d150-691f-433e-8a6a-583843b9f46f__;!!LIr3w8kk_Xxm!-KWucWzOj5THzRMg1BhKFAJOf8F_A7mtbFLIb5pNygEhEgmfaflcDkQ7l4aj7X5_$

Both lead to this publication entry:
https://urldefense.com/v3/__http://zoobank.org/References/64c621af-48b7-499e-9f41-b6023b2e5f78__;!!LIr3w8kk_Xxm!-KWucWzOj5THzRMg1BhKFAJOf8F_A7mtbFLIb5pNygEhEgmfaflcDkQ7l7fQZ6VZ$

Both names are thus available, or at least there's no evidence that they ever
weren't.

Searching for "ubirajara" unsurprisingly still turns up nothing (...other than
an author, a species name, and 44 unrelated publications).
