What??!! I got my PhD from the Vertebrate Paleontological Institute of Incheon!
Seriously though, this is the same individual who applied to the ICZN
to have Deinodontidae and Dryptosauridae suppressed in favor of
Tyrannosauridae (Case 3815). To give the benefit of the doubt, this
was probably well-intentioned, but (a) totally unnecessary (no one
actually uses Deinodontidae or Dryptosauridae in preference to
Tyrannosauridae); and (b) potentially fraught (if the decision doesn't
swing his way).
