Baur's Iguanodontia is synonymous with Ornithischia. Was Dollo's Iguanodontia closer to the modern concept of this clade?

I don't have access to the Dollo's "Iguanodontidae et Camptonotidae" (the source for the Dollo 1888 reference).
Baur was clearly under the impression that he was coming up with a new name in his 1891 paper: https://www.journals.uchicago.edu/doi/pdfplus/10.1086/275329
But tracking down Dollo would be a good thing.
