The present revision work diagnosed four valid existing titanosaurâs taxa from Indo-Pakistan landmass. The first and second valid taxa belong to more derived, most advanced, medium to large sized and slender bodied pakisaurid titanosaurs Isisaurus colberti and Pakisaurus balochistani; third valid taxa belongs to more derived, most advanced, medium sized and stocky bodied Gspsaurinae gspsaurid titanosaur Gspsaurus pakistani; and fourth valid taxa belongs to more derived, most advanced, small sized and stocky bodied Saraikimasoominae gspsaurid titanosaurs Saraikimasoom vitakri. These four valid and then existing more derived titanosaurian sauropods include almost complete skeletons from head to tail and back to foot so far. The Isisaurus and Pakisaurus the more derived medium to large bodied slender Pakisauridae titanosaurs represented by axial and limb elements. The Gspsaurus the more derived medium sized stocky Gspsaurinae Gspsauridae titanosaurs represented by skull, cranial, vertebral and limb elements. The Saraikimasoom the more derived, small sized stocky Saraikimasoominae Gspsauridae titanosaurs represented by skull, cranial, vertebral and limb elements. The diagnostic features and fossils of these four valid titanosaur taxa are being presented here. These genera are very useful for paleobiogeography, global comparisons and phylogenetic analysis.
