No. Having received the paper as a Newtonmas present, I can say it contains no 
evidence of having been registered in ZooBank. Consequently, the names will 
only be valid once the paper comes out in print next month.

And then the full citation of the species name will be "*Dendromaia 
unamakiensis* Maddin, Mann and Hebert, 2020, in Maddin, Mann and Hebert, 2019".

It's not the first name with such a complex citation. Off the top of my head, 
*Tototlmimus* is another.

Incidentally, the DOI still doesn't work. But that has no bearing on 
nomenclatural availability or publication.
