No it doesn't and if you use R to a decent extent you would be up to
understanding the question.  R already has a bunch of built in
facilities and to churn data, and to formulate graphics, and without
understanding how to use R leaves one very handicapped.  If you had some
40 years of coding experience, you would understand how the latest
hottest modules come and go over time, and how essential it is to
understand R's core functionality (in this case) and syntax.
