Not even â the British Museum (Natural History), i.e. the natural-history 
subdivision of the British Museum. The parentheses were treated as part of the 
actual name.

Of course it's not like I had any standing to complain about unimaginative 
names. I'm sitting here in a Museum fÃr Naturkunde (literally "for 
nature-knowledge") â specifically the one in Berlin, not the one in 
Magdeburg, let alone the Staatliches Museum fÃr Naturkunde in Karlsruhe _or_ 
the one in Stuttgart (which were in different "states", i.e. countries, until 
1870).
