Nor does the paper, for the most part. Non-carnivorous theropods were 
excluded from the study.

Additionally, some of the smaller elongate-limbed theropods 
(parvicursorines, derived troodontids, Avimimus) might achieve faster 
relative speeds (body lengths per unit time) but slower absolute speeds 
m/s) by virtue of being small.
