Nasutoceratops, new ceratopsian from Utah,and elasmosaur from Alabama (news stories)

A slew of official news stories are now out about this dinosaur, to be
described in the Proceedings of the Royal Society B on Wednesday. I
hesitated earlier today when the only news stories were in French and
Portuguese. Clearly there is no embargo now.

However, the name is not strictly new. "Nasutuceratops" (with "u"
instead of the better "o") has been a nomen nudum mentioned in an
abstract and has been briefly described online for a few years.
