Sort of sorry to be a bit of a Scrouge about this, but this example of a 
set of general questions about a dinosaur genus is 20th century. These days we 
have the web, and there is plenty of basic info about all dinosaur genera 
that substantial facts are available for. Starting with Wikipedia. These 
sites are kept up to date, and usually list all pertinent & recent refs. Wiki 
even notes that a new NM specimen that may be Sauraphaganax may eludicate its 
form and phylogeny, but it is not published so further comment is not 
warranted and it is likely few even know what it will tell us. In general is 
best 
for nonpros to garner what they can from books and the web, rather than 
fishing for content that is very probably not available.
