The tallest sauropods very likely represent the limitation in height due to 
circulatory pressure problems as others have noted. And may well be the 
largest in tonnage (maybe 80-100) due to motive power and resource exploitation 
limitations (if individuals get to big a sufficient adult population to 
survive and reproduce over extended time cannot be sustained on a continent). 
But making such claims is always tricky, there used to be calculations 
showing that fliers cannot be bigger than Pteranodon.
