Tyrannosaurus bataar Brings $1,052,500 At Heritage Auctions New York Event

Heritage Auctions sold the T bataar skeleton, contingent upon resolution 
of the Texas court proceedings, for $1,052,500.  Does this contingency 
sale violate the restraining order?   That is to be determined.  
Heritage Auctions claims that the Mongolian government's Texas law firm 
has no authority in the New York judicial system.  See Heritage Auctions
