more appropriate topic for discussion on this mailing list- was Gertie the
Dinosaur.


I was more of a Wacky and Packy fan myself.

No accounting fer taste -- that said, Alaric is right. Gertie is indeedthe "true groundbreaker", apparently. And those people (like hercreator) that could do "chalk talks" really well may have represented anevolutionary peak of some sort.
