Especially since there are no Mesozoic deposits in Indiana at surface or
subsurface that I know of.

It would have to be float in Quaternary deposits, so it won't be a full
skeleton.

To make it worthy of shutting down the plant, the 'dinosaur bone' would have
to be from a Tyrannosaurus of course.
