DNM Quarry Visitor Center rehab update

For those of you following the saga, the construction drawings for the 
new QVC are complete, requests for bids are being advertised and a 
prebid meeting with potential construction firms has taken place.  Bid 
submissions are due in December and the contract should be awarded in 
January 2010.  Construction could begin as early as March 2010.
