I need to retract an earlier post on the spelling of *Epidexipteryx*.

I was finally able to locate my Greek dictionary, and from it I discovered that the Ionic dialect form of Greek *epideixis* 'display' is... (drum roll...) *epidexis*. So I guess *Epidexipteryx* is OK, if a trifle odd in using an Ionic rather than an Attic form.
