Looking for a quick-turnaround publication venue

I wonder if anyone can offer insight into the turnaround times of
their favourite journals?  I and some co-authors have a manuscript
ready to go, which we think is of interest to a broader zoological
audience as well as palaeontologists, and we are looking for a venue
that will turn it around as quickly as possible while still being
resonably prestigious.  For various reasons, Proc. B and PLoS are both
unsuitable right now.  Other suggestions (especially with estimated
turnaround times) will be gratefully received.
