I didn't watch it.  How much neck mobility were they showing?

Don't know if you have seen it or not, but if you have,
do your conclusions mean that the Q. in the late Cretaceous segment of
"When Dinosaurs Roamed America" probably had too much neck mobility
when feeding on the 'ceratops carcass?  Or was it well within the range
of possibility?
