_Gerobatrachus_ supposedly from the Greek _geros_, old. But in a nice
piece of synchronicity, "Gero" is the Japanese rendering of the noise
a frog makes. The parrots may not be telling us where they came from,
but it looks like the frogs might be - unless, of course, it's all an
anuran conspiracy to mislead us.
