Nanotyrannus Paper Request

Dear list,
since new papers on the status of Nanotyrannus (incl. "Jane") are not
published yet (from the Burpee Meeting), I was wondering if somebody
could help me out with R. Bakkers original description:

Bakker, R. T., M. Williams and P. J. Currie. 1988. Nanotyrannus, a new
genus of pygmy tyrannosaur, from the latest Cretaceous of Montana.
Hunteria 1(5):1-30. [with 13 text-figures, 1 table & 4 plates]
