"The Zoological Journal" Volume II, issue 5. Might be
page 46 instead. Genus is now synonym of _Psittacula_.

The journal is NOT the Zool.J.Linn.Soc. Rather, it is
the precedessor of the Proc.Zool.Soc.London. The
Zoological Society of London originated in a split of
the Linnean Society by Vigors et al who were
Quinarians
