RE: baryonix

The taxon Carnosauria, though once intended to include all "big" theropods, 
is now limited to allosauroids and closely related forms. For that reason, 
spinosaurids are not classified as carnosaurs anymore. You are correct, 
Baryonyx is indeed a member of the Spinosauridae.
