Allosaur monograph

Does anyone know anything about the fate of a certain Allosaur monograph (from 
the Chure thesis) that has been coming
for many years now?  Has it been sitting in review, continually worked on, 
yanked, looking for a medium to publish?  I
heard many things about it, saw an "in press" for it, and then it seemed to get 
wished into the corn field.
