AFAIK, _Longipteryx_ is the only enantiornithean *reported* to have uncinate
processes. However, most specimens are either incomplete, or the ribcage is
disarticulated; so it's often difficult to be certain about the
presence/absence of uncinate processes.
Apparently the presence of uncinate processes is a shifty character... even for
modern bird skeletons:
