2007 Schedule of Dino Digs

    The Museum of Western Colorado¹s Dinosaur Journey,
where I am a volunteer preparator, conducts a full schedule of
dinosaur digs and expeditions every May to September.
Digs are in the Morrison Formation and under the direction of Dr. John
Foster.

One-Day Digs at Mygatt-Moore Quarry, Fruita, CO:
May 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25, 30, 31; June 1, 13, 14, 15;
July 11, 12, 13, 25, 26, 27; Aug 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17.
$99 per person

Five-Day Expeditions, 2 at Mygatt-Moore Quarry, 1 at
Dinosaur Journey Museum, 1 day river rafting, and 1 day at
Colorado N.M. and visiting dinosaur footprint sites:
June  4-8, 18-22; July 2-6, 16-20; Aug 20-24.
$999 per person.

Five-Day Dig at Little Houston Quarry, incl 1 day visiting Devil¹s
Tower N.M. and SDSM&T paleo lab, Sundance, WY:
Everything from plants to mammals & microfossils to big dinos.
Sept 3 - 7.  $1199 per person

Eleven-Day Tour of Paleontology and Geology of the
Northern Rocky Mountains with Dr. John Foster.
Fruita, Colorado to Canada and back, optional hike to
Walcott¹s Burgess Shale Quarry in Yoho Nat¹l Park, BC.
