and perhaps tinamous, and possibly not even beyond
Anseriformes/Anserinae.

Any time growth stops (or slows down enough) the "juvenile texture" will probably disappear, leading to misidentifications of juveniles as (sub)adults -- but the opposite error ought not to occur, I think.
