I don't know what is more pathetic, the fact that this person burned a
book out of fear of what it said, or the fact that this person was such a
cheapskate that they burned a copy that didn't belong to them.

I still have my Golden Book of Prehistoric Life.  It's gotten pretty
tattered (it was bought for me in the 1960s), and I am now searching for
a better preserved copy.
