Factoid about the journal Nature

Whilst complaining to the head of acquisitions at WWU's Wilson Library
that the last issue of _Nature_ received was back in December of last
year (!), I also learned the current institutional price for one year of
the journal:  US $1,755.

ouch.

I'm glad I'm not an institution (although sometimes I think I should live
in one).
