Re: [DinosaurMailingList-KilledThreads] Great Dinosaur discovered in Argentina

Read all about it!

http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2006/07/060728-giant-dinosaur.html

I may have missed something, but I can't find any mention of material of *Puertasaurus reuili* that is not described in the paper that came out last year:

Fernando E. Novas, Leonardo Salgado, Jorge Calvo & Federico Agnolín (2005): Giant titanosaur (Dinosauria, Sauropoda) from the Late Cretaceous of Patagonia, Revista del Museo Argentino de las Ciencias Naturales, nueva serie 7(1), 37 -- 41

The paper mentions 4 bones -- cervical 9, dorsal 2, and two mid-caudals --, while the report above mentions a cervical, a dorsal, and two caudals... but it says the find was announced at the museum on July 21! That can't have been last year, can it?!?
