That's not listed in TaxonSearch:
http://taxonsearch.org/dev/taxon_edit.php?Action=View&tax_id=43
Either Sereno et al. overlooked it or it doesn't actually specify a definition.

TaxonSearch does list Chiappe 1997:32 ("_Archaeopteryx_ plus extinct
birds and all descendants of their most recent common ancestor"), but
Sereno 1997:459 ("_Archaeopteryx_, Passeriformes, and their common
ancestor and all descendants") is listed earlier--presumably it just
barely precedes Chiappe 1997. (Although, in any event, Gauthier
1986:14, "All descendants of the most recent common ancestor of
Ratiti, Tinami, and Neognathae," is still the first.)
