That's a rare version; it occurs in Columbia, I've read, and apparently in
northern Mexico. Elsewhere sounds grossly similar to the ch of Loch Ness are
preferred. In much (all???) of Spain it has the sound that... that... that
all Israeli politicians use when they appear in the TV news. :-)
