AFAIK not. Breeding adult birds develop a small naked
"brood patch" but this is practically invisible and
covered by surrounding feathers when bird is going off
nest.

About biplanes, I suggest looking at modern Sifaka
lemur (Prophitecus) and their limb fur, it's position
etc.
