It was _not_ a classification. It was a phylogenetic hypothesis plus two 
new clade names.

AFAIK no other phylogeny of Neornithes has so far been published. This 
would mean that, so far, nobody has confirmed or challenged those results 
-- keeping in mind that getting a paper published takes something like 
half a year if both the author and the journal are _very_ fast.
