I imagine you mean the mandible that is included in the type specimen OH7?
It is described in considerable detail in Philip Tobias' monograph on the
skull remains assigned to this species that is part of the Olduvai Gorge
series. IIRC, it's volume IV of the series.
In the same book the partial skulls of OH 13, 16 and 24 are described, and
the specimen of OH 13 also includes a nearly complete mandible.
