Peter Galton did mention this material at SVP a few years back...

Galton, P. (2002). New material of ornithischian (?heterodontosaurid) 
dinosaur _Echinodon_ (Early Cretaceous, southern England) from the Late 
Jurassic of Fruita near Grand Junction, Colorado, USA.

...but AFAIK, this specimen has not yet been officially described in print, 
though I'm looking forward to seeing it published (as I'm sure you are too).

As I recall (and I may be totally wrong about this)... the original material 
(a piece of jaw?) was discovered c.1987 and at one stage was in the hands of 
an employee of Dinamation.  I'm glad to hear that this specimen (and 
referred material) is now safe and sound at the LACM.  Having not seen the 
material, nor the 2002 presentation by Peter Galton, I cannot say anything 
more about the identity of this 'Fruita heterodontosaur'.
