Well, sea turtles and dyrosaurids did.
And many sharks did go extinct. According to Kriwet and Benton (2004),
neoselachian sharks (including rays) suffered a major extinction across the
K/T boundary. However, benthopelagic and deep-sea forms were much less
affected than those from the open sea, coastal areas or shallow seas.
