RE: 'Walking with Monsters' or 'Before the Dinosaurs'
The mouth of the anomalocaris is on the bottom of its head and the
claspers were holding the food more or less where that mouth was. The
mouth of the A is almost unique in that its a round structure with
"teeth" coming in from all sides to crush the food. There are fossils
of trilobytes that have a chunk bit out of them by this interesting
animal.
