Belated SVP-related question...

This is a little late, I know, but something I've been puzzling over since SVP.
During the "prosauropods" session, there was a talk about _Massospondylus_
embryos, and the talk concluded that these hatchlings must have been
quadropedal. Fine.
The next talk is by Bonnan, who delves into why some of these "prosauropods"
must have been obligate bipeds because they couldn't pronate their manus. Fine.
So how did the infants manage it?
And to throw a monkey wrench in everything, there was a talk later (I can't
remember by whom) about _Triceratops_ having laterally directed manus, but
still being able to effectively generate a forward force.
Any comments concerning this decidedly nonavian, nontheropod issue?
