Euhadrosauria and Psittacosauria question

Who introduced Euhadrosauria? it was Weishampel et al.
1993? I have the paper and Euhadrosauria appears in
his phylogeny but no introduction is given to the
name.
Another question, who created Psittacosauria? does it
really exist? in google I see Psittacosauria Osborn
1923 but that's not true, he created only
Psittacosauridae.
