In Mark Norell's Unearthing the Dragon (2005) an anurognathid with lots of soft 
tissue is given a full-page color picture and described as having a deep chord 
wing membrane attached to the ankle. It was ascribed to Dendrorhynchoides. 

Does anyone know if this pterosaur has been described? 
What is the scale of the photo?
What is the collection number of the specimen?
