two Triassic questions

1. Has the depressed premaxilla of rhynchosaurs ever been homologized to the 
depressed premaxilla on proterosuchids?

2. Are there any Triassic fauna with elongated distal caudals, other than 
higher (and smaller) prolacertiforms?
