What else makes three-toed pes prints with 5-toed manus prints?

Good question -- assuming that the track is well enough preserved to rule out a 4th toe, which I don't know. *Muttaburrasaurus* is now no longer thought to be an iguanodont...oid, so it could perhaps have left the hand prints, and as an ornithopod, its 1st toe was probably rather small...?
