devolves with the Voyager episode where sentient Parasaurolophus(?)
descendents who escaped the K-T event are encountered?
No, he isn't. There is, alas, a Voyager episode in which Janeway and
Chakotay devolve into salamanders. Unfortunately, they do this because of
some mumbo-jumbo DNA anomaly, rather than from a more rational cause such
as being forced to watch episodes like this one.
