Another dumb question

Dear list,

This one is a rather simple question: who was the responsible for the
redefinition of Reptilia (including Aves)? In other words, nowadays you say
Reptilia Laurenti, 1768 sensu "who"? Maybe Gauthier? And what is the
preferred phylogenetic
definition of Dinosauria? *Triceratops* + Neornithes? *Triceratops* +
*Passer*? Another one?
