The Dinosauria 2 is out in Canada?

I just noticed this:

Apparently published June 18, and available for $133 CAD!  But since the 
shipping estimate is rather long (3-5 weeks), and the entry for this book on 
Amazon.com lists it as unreleased and expected for December 1, I'm of course 
very skeptical.
