Is the Dinosauricon website dead?

I just found that website a few months ago right after developing a great 
interest in dinosaurs and paleontology and it is definitely the best site I've 
seen on the subject from a dinosaur reference standpoint.  The old site has 
been down since about last Thursday and the new site has not been updated since 
middle of last year or so.
Can anyone tell me it the site is permanently closed?
I'm going by the google cached Dinosaricon pages whenever I want to look up 
something but it is a pain.
