No. There are certainly cats on most continents (not Australia, though - and not on many oceanic islands where feral cats have been serious pests), but feral domestic cats belong to a largely African species (depending on taxonomy). There are, for instance, no house-cat-sized wild cats (other than feral cats) in most of North America. More importantly, because they are usually much more numerous than wild cats, and occupy a great range of disturbed habitats where wild cats are rare, they really do act as a new ecological presence (and threat) in most places.
