Why "probably", when we have such a beautiful mass extinction at the
Cenomanian-Turonian boundary, with _the_ textbook Oceanic Anoxic Event and
exceptionally high temperatures? :-)

At least the Clovis tips showed up at that time. The people seem to have
come earlier.
