Didn't _Giganotosaurus_ have puny arms?  And isn't enough of 
_Giganotosaurus_'s skeleton known to be certain that it is not the same as 
_Megaraptor_?  Remember, this new manus of _Megaraptor_ is not part of the 
original type specimen.
